DLA hasn’t offered any ferrochrome, both high and 0.13% C low carbon, under its BOA program since March and it looks like the agency is out of the ferrochrome market. In March DLA sold 1,000 tons, probably all high carbon, to CCMA, Glencore and Veritas Alloys. Maybe some thought it wasn’t a good idea too…
