European manganese allow prices continue to weaken. Buyers were able to pick up high-carbon ferromanganese and silicomanganese for a low as €950 per mt, ddp, Europe though some sales were done around €1,000. Indian material was leading the way down and the Western producers were on the sidelines. US prices are expected to react though…
